“Although the situation of some people is heart-breaking, you can still see the smile on their faces because of the help that they received. They were very grateful despite their situation,” MP Damdamun-Latiph said.

MP Ramos shared their initiative is part of the service of the Bangsamoro Government for the Bangsamoro communities living outside the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

“This is our simple way of helping our Bangsamoro brethren who are living outside the Bangsamoro region,” MP Ramos said.

Meanwhile, the lady MPs extended their appreciation to the effort of the volunteers most especially to community leaders, Sohailie Bualan of Brgy. Tumana, and Mr. Saanudin Casidar of Brgy. Barangka. (GALao, Publication & Media Relations Division, BTA Parliament)
