COTABATO CITY — The Bangsamoro Transition Authority (BTA), through its Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) projects of members of the Parliament, provided assistance to orphans and detainees in Marawi City.

Around 134 detainees and 85 orphans received school supplies, hygiene kits, and maternal kits.

Saksi Orphanage and Learning Center and Lanao Del Sur Provincial Jail were among the recipients of the said assistance.

Musa Diamla led the distribution of the kits to orphans while Atty. Maisara Latiph provided assistance to detainees.

Latiph also organized a capacity-building session for the city’s local mediators. The Ministry of Public Order and Safety provided support for the event. (Modafinil)
