A licensed physician, who started serving the residents of Datu Odin Sinsuat Municipality as a resident physician of its provincial hospital. When not on duty, he joined medical missions in the GIDA barangays of the same municipality.

He was appointed as the municipal doctor and designated as the municipal health officer of Northern Kabuntalan. He had the opportunity to visit different GIDA barangays delivering medical services. He was the over-all head of the programs initiated by the Department of Health such as COVID-19 Resbakuna operations in the said municipality.

The province initiated an intensive vaccination operation wherein he was able to screen, check and vaccinate thousands of residents in the municipality of Northern Kabuntalan.

Almost half of the barangays are submerged in floodwaters during most days of the year. Healthcare services delivery was more challenging than in other areas. He always dedicated time to visit these areas.
